Privacy Policy

Working draft for Zelavro Technologies Limited. Confirm the items marked for review and have this policy reviewed before publishing.

This draft explains how Zelavro may handle information when you use the website and dating service. Zelavro is operated by Zelavro Technologies Limited (“Zelavro”, “we”, “us”).

Information we handle

Depending on how you use Zelavro, this may include account details such as your name, email address, date of birth and age; profile information such as photos, location, interests, gender, relationship intentions and profile text; and your service activity, including preferences, likes, passes, matches, messages, reports and support requests.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, show profiles and discovery results, enable matching and messaging, respond to support requests, help protect members and operate and improve Zelavro.

What other members can see

Profile details and photos you add may be shown to other members according to your profile and visibility settings. Messages are available to the people in that conversation. Do not put private or financial information in your profile or messages.

Service providers

Zelavro uses third-party services to operate the platform, including Firebase services for account authentication and database functions, Cloudinary for profile media and optional verification-video uploads, and Cloudflare to run parts of the website. Those providers process data under their own service terms and privacy information. Depending on the service and its configuration, information may be processed in a country other than your own.

Optional live photo verification

Verification is optional. If you choose to request a badge, the site records a short, silent selfie video using your device camera and uploads it to Zelavro's private Cloudinary media account for a manual review. A Zelavro reviewer compares the face in the video with your current main profile photo. No government ID is requested. This is a manual photo comparison, not an identity-document, age, or background check, and Zelavro does not use the video to create a biometric face template. If approved, a blue badge indicates that Zelavro completed this comparison.

The verification video is not displayed on your public profile. It is accessible to authorized Zelavro reviewers and is deleted from the active Cloudinary media account after the review. Firebase retains the request, your consent, the review result and relevant timestamps, together with a reference to the profile photo checked; it does not store the video itself. Cloudinary and other service providers may process data under their own privacy terms, and data may be processed outside your country. You can use Zelavro without requesting a badge.

Retention and account requests

We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, address safety or support issues, and meet applicable legal requirements. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain some information where the law permits or requires it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Security and changes

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as Zelavro changes. The current version will be posted on this page.
